To be honest I had to look up about what damn phase we were in now. Not because I do not like the current movies, but rather so I would not be wrong about what phase were were in, which is good because I would not have guessed 5! I was thinking most of phase 4 was part of phase 3; and 5 were still phase was what teh second half of phase 4 and teh current movies of phase 5.
Regardless...
I have to say that I have not seen some movies in phase four and only one or two out of phase 5 - but what I saw I liked. I think all things considered Marvel movies are still decent. And, I think Captain America: Brave New World look interesting and will be worth seeing in the theaters. As an actor, I like Anthony Mackie, and I wish they had done a 'bit more' with Falcon in Endgame. I don't really watch much TV or teh various streaming services so all teh Falcon and Winter solider stuff is opaque (unknown/hidden) to me. [I think that MIGHT be an issue going forward, if you don't watch the Marvel TV shows much of the background materials for these character in universe will be lost.]
Marvel Cinematic Universe: Phase Five
I think you're okay missing most of the tv shows they made. They really seemed to play it safe with them so that even if you skipped out, no major plots seemed to be really carrying forward EXCEPT for the Falcon & winter soldier show which not only set up Falcon for Brave New World but also the upcoming Thunderbolts* movie. So I would recommend seeking that series out, especially since you like Anthony Mackie.
