mines mario brothers song. i got tired of it so i just keep it on vibrate all the time.

My ringtone is the opening to Angel Beats: Lia's My Soul, Your Beats! instrumental version. Or sometimes Sunstroke Project and Olia Tira's Run Away , starting at "Epic Sax Guy"'s part if I'm bored or in a very loud place.
 
My notification tone is the Android-Samsung "Postbox" tone, and my messaging tone is the Android "Haze" tone.

Ringtone is the Rapture Dark World menu music from Super Meat Boy, and my voice mail tone is the incorrect jingle from LA Noire. 
 
My message tone is the Blackberry sonar pulse, grew so attached to it I put it on my Droid X.

Mine is the intro to Rival Schools.  From the 10 second mark to the 26 second mark.  Ending right before the lyrics begin.  Yeah, I'm rad =P

I used to have a whole bunch of gaming-related sounds, but got a new phone about 2 months ago, and have been too lazy for that and just using pre-installed stuff. 

My ringtone is "Sun and Moon" from Above and Beyond.
My notification sound is the alert noise from Metal Gear Solid.

Found a free Portal soundboard on Android, so my ringtone is 'Still Alive' and text notification is the turret's 'Are you still there?' vocals.

However, it's been on vibrate for like two years now. I don't know why but my phone ringing really annoys me.

When somebody calls, it's ' Life is Beautiful' from Deadly Premonition.

My text tone is the Metal Gear Solid alert tone as well, but considering how common it is I think it's time for me to change that for something else. As for my ringtone I'm fairly sure it's default, but I keep my phone on a silent setting most of the time.
