Is it viable to code this app idea?

I was going to write an app using GB. It's to confirm that the user's 'input' is a real game or not.

Say if I get 100 downloads, would I exceed my maximum queries allocation, if there was say, 50 queries each day from each of the hundred? Say 5000 queries per day in total?

Edit : it might work if I get the complete list to cross reference with...say of all pc games. I would then have to periodically upgrade my apps data with the new releases.
